We are excited for you to visit SVE! Here is some helpful information about your upcoming stay.  Please send this info to your other guests in the house.

Confirming your reservation for the Party House for 1 night(s), 2 adults. If your number of people increases, your price will be adjusted accordingly at checkout. Cost is $10 additional for every person over two. (plus tax) 

Check in time is  2:30 pm or later. If you feel that you will be checking in later than 6:30 p.m. please email to let us know. Check in at the Tasting Room.

• Check out is 11am

         You are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages. Children and pets are allowed with prior approval.  We have chickens and ducks on the property and dogs must be on a leash.

The house has a full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, full size fridge, cookware and plates, cups, etc

o   A large gas grill is available for your use.

o   Wood fire pit, wood, paper, etc. is provided for a small fee. You can bring your own wood.

If you don't want to bring your own food, we offer light appetizers until 5:30.

Coffee service is included in the house.

Linens and bedding for up to 10 people is in the house, towels, toiletries, etc.

NOTE:   You may NOT bring alcohol due to the NE liquor laws but we invite you to purchase wine.

You may also purchase beer @ room temp for $14.99 per 6 pack. If you are interested in doing this, please let us know ahead of time and we can put it in your fridge to get cold. (same price)  There is wine available, and the wine list is on our website. This can also be stocked in the house prior to your arrival.

**When the Tasting Room is open for normal operating hours we expect you to keep personal food at the house.

Sleeping accommodations are:

One Queen Bed in master bedroom, with a single size trundle bed underneath.

Full Size Bed in the second bedroom.

Bunk Beds in the third bedroom.

Living room has a sectional couch with a recliner on one end and a chaise on the other end.  Also another recliner in the living room.

A cot and a blow up queen mattress (plug in style) are in the closet, and bedding for all the beds is furnished.

Book this Cottage

A hearty breakfast is served every morning of the week in the tasting room (barring any unusual circumstances) Chef's choice. Breakfast does not have to be ordered before your arrival, but by 9:00 p.m.  Once ordered, you are committed since preparation sometimes starts hours before it is served. Normal breakfast time is 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed upon. Cost is $14.95 per guest.
